Red lentil and tomato crackers: healthy recipe for a crunchy snack perfect for dipping

by time news

Los snacks and supermarket appetizers are not the most recommended option to have at home, since almost all of them are very caloric, do not fill you up and leave much to be desired in nutritional terms, as well as being addictive. By preparing our own recipes like these red lentil crackers we will have a much healthier alternativealways without abusing.

The base of this recipe is red or coral lentils, which, since they do not have skin and because of their small size, do not even need to be cooked after soaking for one or two hours. With a dehydrator we would achieve better results, but we have used the conventional oven and they look great.
