jpnn.comJAKARTA – The management of Medistra Hospital (RS) and the DKI Jakarta Health Service (Dinkes) fulfilled the invitation of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, in the Meeting Room of Commission E of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gambir, Central Jakarta.
The Medistra Team arrived to clarify and resolve the issue of the hijab ban on prospective employees who will be accepted in the hospital environment.
PKS Faction legislator for the 2024-2029 period, Muhammad Thamrin, who led the meeting, said that the gathering was held to obtain real information.
This is because many aspirations have come into the PKS faction asking how the problem is resolved.
“Today it is clear (the hijab issue, ed). God willing, this is also good news for Muslims who want to work as medical personnel at Medistra Hospital,” said Thamrin in his statement, Saturday (7/9).
According to him, the President Director (Dirut) of Medistra Hospital, Dr. Agung Budisatria, does allow and give privileges to Muslim women who wear the hijab.
“Of course, with the uniform determined by the management of Medistra Hospital,” he said.
The man who is familiarly called Kiai Thamrin added that the PKS Faction was pleased to meet with Medistra Hospital which was facilitated by the DKI Jakarta Health Office.
