On August 10, 2024, the Chairman of the Indonesian Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu),⁢ Rahmat Bagja, addressed the Bawaslu News Evaluation National Coordination Meeting in ⁢Palembang, South Sumatra, following the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). He emphasized the need for the Bawaslu Public‌ Relations ​team to prioritize⁢ clear and innovative communication with the public.

Bagja highlighted the importance of transparent and accessible reporting both internally on the Bawaslu website and externally through traditional media. He encouraged the team to meticulously categorize and present information, particularly data-driven insights.
