Registration is open during the September 22 to October 6, 2023for the selection of students from Unilab courses to act as Art and Culture Fellows, from the Dean of Extension, Art and Culture (Proex), in the activities and programming of the VII Unilab Festival of Cultures which, in this edition, has as theme “Art and Culture in Diversity: Democracy, Inclusion and Reconstruction”. The Festival will take place from November 21st to 25th, 2023.
The Art and Culture Coordination, together with the curatorship and organization committee of the VII Festival, will select the proposals and their allocation in the programming of the Unilab campuses, in Bahia and Ceará. Proposals must be sent containing all the items described in this Public Call. Proposals must be delivered virtually to the Art and Culture Coordination, by completing and sending the Application form.
This notice, which will make available a total of 85 extension, art and culture scholarships, worth R$ 700.00, is open to proposals for participation from students, teachers, administrative technicians, outsourced collaborators and members of the external community. Only students actively enrolled at Unilab will have the opportunity to compete for scholarships according to the conditions established in the notice. The remaining proponents will receive participation certificates equivalent to 60 hours of extension for their contribution to the event.
The Curatorship Committee will have the prerogative to invite artists and cultural groups to perform at the Festival on a voluntary and unpaid basis, thus enriching the diversity of cultural expressions at the event. In addition, the Committee may also invite eligible students to voluntarily participate in the festival’s programming, providing them with certificates that will recognize their contribution with 60 hours of participation, thus valuing the academic community’s engagement in the event.
