Registrations for the XXII MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN Congress are open
On May 16 and 17, the Confederation will hold the XXII MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN Congress, within the framework of its 40th anniversary celebration, which has the motto ’40 years for mental health, for rights, for you’.
The Congress will focus on the history of the associative movement and its contribution to the progress of mental health through great milestones, without forgetting the people who made it possible and the families. The focus will also be on the generational relief of the people who will lead the associative movement in the future.

May 16: inauguration and international and cultural spaces

The next day, May 17, there will be a space dedicated to the history of the associative movement, moderated by actor and writer Damian Alcolea. This space will be divided into three tables:
1) Table «History of the associative movement: PAST»: It will have the presence of carmen garcia, President of the La Rioja Mental Health Association, Rose Ruiz, former manager of FEAFES (currently SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA), José Mª Sánchezhonorary president of SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA, Begoñe Arino, PROSPECT facilitator and Antonio Lozano, president of Feafes Salud Mental Extremadura.

3) Table «History of the associative movement: FUTURE»: will intervene Mercè Torrentallé, president of the Catalan Mental Health Federation, Elizabeth Lemos, representative of the State Network of Women MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN and Karina Rocha, technical coordinator of FEAFES (currently SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA).
