Two games closed today (Friday) the fourth round in the national league and ended with home victories. Both teams were stopped in the attack, until the guests offset to only 32:35.
It was here that the home team managed to escape again and with a 1-9 run led 33:44 at halftime. The good ability of Idan Rajvan jumped the home team to a record lead 45:60, and at the end of the third quarter Rehovot led 49:60. The momentum continued even at the beginning of the last quarter and with a three-pointer by Yuval Michaeli and points in the color of Ido Fleischer it is only 56:62. The even game continued and 4 minutes to the end the board showed 58:64 for Rehovot. The thriller continued and Yuval Levin dropped it to 65:67 with a three-pointer. In a critical attack, Derek Woods scored from half distance, and then a critical ball loss by Eyal Shulman increased the gap for Rehovot and also secured the victory.
