New Delhi: Two people, including the manager, were arrested for stealing 57 iPhones from the company where they worked.

Last week, 60 iPhones, four smart watches and two laptops were stolen from a Reliance Digital store in Gurugram, Haryana. In this regard, Gurugram Sector 40 police registered a case and investigated.

After examining the footage recorded in the surveillance camera there, they interrogated the store manager, Narendra Kumar.

He admitted to stealing items including a phone from the shop. In his statement, he said, ‘I made a fake key for the shop key, opened the shop at night and stole items including iPhones.

I was planning to sell them in Nepal with the help of courier company employee Ashok Kumar. I did this to get rich soon’, he said.

The police arrested Narendra Kumar and Ashok Kumar and recovered 57 iPhones, four smart watches and two laptops. Intensive investigation is going on with both of them.
