Remains in yellow and black. Liran Rotman, Betar Jerusalem’s contact for the past three years, concluded with Maccabi Netanya for the next two years with an option for another season, the Diamonds announced today (Tuesday).
The 26-year-old Rotman has been back by Maccabi Netanya for many weeks, and now that his contract in the capital has ended, the parties met and reached an agreement on his move to the team. Rotman made 25 appearances this season in the Betar Jerusalem uniform, during which he scored four goals and scored three more. End of that season.
The next player that Maccabi Netanya hopes to reach an agreement with is goalkeeper Danny Amos, who will probably continue for a sixth season at the club. The club considered giving up the goalkeeper whose contract has now expired, but recently talks have been held between the parties and it seems that he will gain the trust of professional manager Almog Cohen and coach Benny Lem next season as well.
