The Attorney General’s Office announced the “recovery and removal of signs of aggression on 14 state properties located in the Kufra Municipality.”
The office explained in a post on its Facebook page, “The members of the South East Security Chamber carried out the orders of the Attorney General at the Benghazi Court of Appeal, which required the removal of signs of aggression on state properties located in the Kufra Municipality; the police officers – under the supervision of the Head of the Kufra Primary Prosecution and the Deputy Prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Office – completed the removal of signs of aggression on state real estate.”
According to the office, “the properties that were removed from the signs of encroachment are (the building of the General Secretariat of the People’s Congress – the building of the Open University – facilities attached to the city’s water tank – the building of the Transportation Sector – the building of the base camp – the building of the Kufra Security Directorate – the building of the Police Vehicles Department – the building of the Price Balance Fund – the building of the Unity Bank branch – the building of the Intelligence Service’s Reconnaissance Division – the building of the General Electricity Company – the buildings housing the employees of Attia Al-Kassah Hospital – the building of the General Intelligence Rest House).
The Attorney General’s Office indicated that “after the enforcement officers completed the eviction decision, the competent authorities received these properties to return them to use for the purpose for which they were designated.”
The members of the South East Security Chamber took over the implementation of the orders of the Attorney General at the Benghazi Court of Appeal, which ordered the removal of signs of aggression…
