The board of directors of Renata Limited, a listed company in the pharmaceuticals and chemicals sector, has declared 92 percent dividend for shareholders. Its all cash dividends. Shareholders will get a cash dividend of Rs 9.20 against each share worth Rs 10.
This dividend has been declared for the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.
On Sunday (September 29), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).
The dividend decision was taken after reviewing and approving the last year’s audited financial report at the company’s board meeting held earlier on Saturday (September 28).
According to the information, the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 5 at 10:30 am on digital platform to approve the declared dividend by consent of the shareholders. And the record date for distribution of the declared dividend to the shareholders has been set at 21 October.
The company’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 stood at Tk 31.53. The company’s profit per share was Rs 20.40 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
Meanwhile, the company’s net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) for the financial year ended at Rs 18.16. The company’s profit per share was Rs 18.18 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company’s consolidated net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 295.56 during the reporting period.
In view of this corporate announcement, there will be no price limit for the trading of shares of the company on this day.
