The yielding properties arm of the MORE group, which includes 11 properties all over the country, contracted with significant tenants in the past year, including: Super Pharm, Shufersal, Victory, Clalit Health Services, the International Bank, McDonald’s and Cafe Greg, as well as tenants who contracted with the group in more than one complex: Maccabi Health Services, Pizza Hut, Burger Ranch, Roldin and Vanilla.
And now, the MORE group reports on significant anchor tenants joining the yielding properties: Bank Hapoalim is coming to the city of Harish for the first time and will establish a branch with an area of 260 square meters in the MORE mall Harish. Maccabi Health Services will establish a clinic with an area of 350 square meters in the Morsheth neighborhood in Modi’in. This is another contract between the MORE group and Maccabi Health Services, which will open a 1,700 square meter clinic in the More complex in the city of Harish.
In addition, the MORE group reports contracting with additional tenants in the group’s commercial complexes in Modi’in, among them: the Moreshat bread bakery which will be established in an area of approximately 170 square meters in MORE on Sedra Moreshat and a DIY store that will open in MORE on Sedra Ma’er Modiin
The group also reports that the entertainment and leisure complex MORE in the city of Barish, which includes 5,000 square meters of commerce and 7,000 square meters of offices, will be opened by the end of the year and will generate approximately NIS 16 million in revenue for the group annually. Among the anchor tenants in the complex: Klalit, Maccabi, Super Pharm, Roldin and Victory chain.
Chairman of MORE Group Hanan Mor stated: “About ten days ago, the group reported its results for the first half of the year, in which we presented strong business activity and growth in all indicators. The growth trend is due, among other things, to increased activity in the group’s yielding assets, which are leased with high occupancy on long leases and yielded in the first half of 2022 rental and management fees totaling NIS 11.7 million. The target for the end of the year is an annual rate of approximately NIS 40 million with the opening of 3 new centers. The MORE open shopping center in Harish, which was inaugurated in July 2019 with an area of 10,500 square meters and an investment of approximately NIS 76.5 million, is a unique complex that combines an open commercial center with an indoor trading floor.
