How it works:
Uber has partnered with major car rental companies like Avis, Hertz, Budget, Payless, Thrifty, Ace, and Sixt to offer a wide selection of cars through their CarTrawler technology. Through the Uber app, you can compare prices and models of different cars, choose your preferred vehicle, and book it directly.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Open the Uber app and navigate to the “Rent a car” option in the recommendations section.
- Enter your age to verify eligibility (must be 18+).
- Choose your desired rental dates.
- Select the car model and rental company that best suits your trip.
