Azerbaijan announced this Saturday (23) that it is promoting with Russia a “demilitarization” of the forces present in Nagorno-Karabakh, a separatist region inhabited mainly by Armenians and taken by the Azerbaijani military in less than 24 hours, at the beginning of the week. Neighboring Armenia is preparing to receive thousands of refugees, who have already started to arrive.
