Immediately before the cup final between Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig, offensive player Jesper Lindstrom is increasingly becoming an object of speculation.
According to a report in the “Bild” newspaper, the Hessians rejected an initial offer from RB for the Dane. The 23-year-old is one of the climbers of the season and has a contract with Eintracht until June 2026. His market value is estimated at around 30 million euros, and a possible transfer fee should also be in this range.
In an interview with the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung”, Frankfurt’s sports director Markus Krösche confirmed the interest of the cup final opponent. “Yes, but not just Leipzig. Jesper is a good example of our philosophy at Eintracht,” said Krösche before the final on Saturday (8 p.m. / ZDF and Sky) in Berlin. RB’s interest is not new. “It’s been around a bit longer.
