jpnn.comPEKANBARU – Riau Deputy Governor Candidate SF Hariyanto was reported to the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) by residents for transferring officials in the Riau Provincial Government.
The Head of the Riau Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), Alnofrizal, said that SF Hariyanto was reported last week.
The report relates to alleged Pilkada violations, in which SF Haryanto, who currently serves as Riau Provincial Secretary, transferred three officials.
“Yes, it was reported by residents. The report was related to the transfer of three officials in the provincial government,” Alnof told JPNN.com on Thursday (12/9).
According to Alnof, according to the Regional Election Law, SF Hariyanto is no longer permitted to transfer his position after registering as a Candidate for Deputy Governor with the KPU.
“According to the rules, the person concerned is prohibited from replacing officials 6 months before the date of determination of the candidate pair until the end of the term of office unless written approval is obtained from the Minister,” explained Alnof.
If it is proven that the transfer carried out did not receive approval from Mengeri, then SF Hariyanto could be canceled as a candidate for Deputy Governor.
“The nomination can be cancelled if there is no permission or recommendation from the Minister of Home Affairs,” said Alnof. (mcr36/jpnn)
