On the evening of October 5, the final Miss Cosmo 2024 takes place in Ho Chi Minh City. At the end of the contest, Indonesian beauty Ketut Permata Juliastrid was crowned. Thai representative Karnruethai Tassabut won the runner-up position.
Bui Xuan Hanh – representative of Vietnam stopped in the top 5. In addition to Bui Xuan Hanh, representatives of Peru and the US also reached the top 5.

Top 21 includes representatives: Netherlands, Philippines, Indonesia, South Africa, USA, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Zimbabwe, Chile, New Zealand, Thailand, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, Greece, Dominican Republic, Sierra Leone and Mexico.
In the final, the organizers also awarded additional prizes: Media Ambassador (representing Cambodia), Contestant with the most votes from the audience (representing the Philippines), Best national costume (representing New Zealand) .
Miss Cosmo 2024 is the first beauty contest to be held, with 59 contestants participating. Before the final, the Colombian representative and the US Virgin Islands representative suddenly dropped out of the competition.
Miss Cosmo 2024 jury including: Ms. Paula Shugart – former President of Miss Universe organization, Mr. Pham Quang Vinh – former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and former Vietnamese Ambassador to the United States, Mr. George Chien – co-founder, CEO and Chairman of KC Global Media, Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu and runner-up Kim Duyen.
