To obtain your certificate of no criminal record you must have the following: documentation general:
- Official identification with photograph: INE credential, professional ID, military ID, passport, INAPAM or certificate of studies from secondary level with photograph.
- Original proof of address (no more than 3 months): Account statements from CFE, telephone companies, drinking water or banking.
- Updated birth certificate: Presented without any deletions, amendments or alterations.
- Certified CURP printout: Verified with the civil registry.
- Tax receipt electronic payment.
The documentation must be delivered in original and copy in the Subdirectorate of Reception and Document Dispatch of the General Coordination of Institutional Document Management of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Puebla Located on Heroes of the 5th of May Boulevard at the corner of 31st East, S/N, Colonia Ladrillera de Benitez, CP 72530, Puebla, Pue. Mexico.

How to process it?
Once the appointment is scheduled, you must appear at the office on the selected day and date with all the documentation and a manager will guide you through the process, the certificate is delivered on same day except in exceptional cases.
The procedure can be completed online only if you processed your certificate of no criminal record within a period of no more than one year.
