The staff of De Klink in Diegem — a residential facility for people with a mental disability — are still unable to use their hitchhiking bus three weeks after the license plates were stolen. As a result of the theft, the residents with a wheelchair can no longer go on a trip or even be taken to the hospital. In the meantime, a number of fines have already been received, which indicates that someone is driving around with the stolen number plates.
