Summary

As established in the Article 33 of the Organic Law 2/1979, of October 3, of the Constitutional Court, modified by the Organic Law 1/2000, of January 7, this General Secretariat provides for the publication in the Official State Gazette of the Agreement that is transcribed as an annex to this Resolution.

Agreement of the General State-Generalitat Bilateral Cooperation Commission in relation to Law 8/2022, of December 29, on fiscal measures, administrative and financial management, and organization of the Generalitat

The General State-Generalitat Bilateral Cooperation Commission has adopted the following Agreement:

1. Initiate negotiations to resolve the discrepancies expressed in relation to the articles 10, 83, 84, 85, 188, 219, 220, 222, 234 y 239 of Law 8/2022, of December 29, on fiscal measures, administrative and financial management, and organization of the Generalitat.

2. Appoint a working group to propose the appropriate solution to the Bilateral Cooperation Commission.

3. Communicate this Agreement to the Constitutional Court by any of the bodies mentioned in the Article 33.2 of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court, for the purposes contemplated in the precept itself, as well as to insert this Agreement in the Official State Gazette and in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.–The Minister of Territorial Policy, Isabel Rodrguez García.–The Vice President and Minister of Equality and Inclusive Policies, Aitana Mas Mas.
