From KDTalent, the business unit of the Kinetic Group dedicated to the generation of solutions in talent management, we are looking for a Marketing Manager/Facilitator for an Agrarian Cooperative located in the town of Justiniano Posse.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Co-create, together with other areas, products, strategies, etc., and care synergistically for the present and future positioning of the Cooperative’s products and services within the market. (market analysis and advertising).
Profile key skills:
Create environments of trust where innovation and creativity flow. Application of collective construction methodologies.
Develop proposals collectively.
Create inspirational narratives.
Know how to listen and be receptive to the needs of the members of the Cooperative.
Being curious, Restless, proactive and creative in the performance of their role, creating inclusive synergies
Requirements:
Training in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related careers.
Previous experiences in the Agroindustrial sector (preferably in cooperatives).
Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies applied to Marketing. Knowledge of collective construction tools.
Reside in the area of influence.
