By extreme dirt! They close a Bolivian restaurant; there were nests of cockroaches and other insects.

Through TikTok, Mayor Regy Medina Paz (@regys.medina) shared a video showing the deplorable conditions of a restaurant located in the municipality of Montero, Bolivia, and that, despite this, they served their diners in this way, regardless of putting their health at risk, which is why it was closed.

The captured images show hundreds of cockroaches, both alive and dead, as well as flies and fungi, throughout the kitchen, including in the areas where food is “washed” and stored.

Faced with this, the mayor of Montero was the one who exposed several food establishments located near FINOR University for endangering health. In addition, he revealed that workers from the place stayed overnight there, so he decided to close it down.

“Very dirty there, and people come to eat here […] It was amazing what we found when we came to inspect the food establishments near FINOR University.

– It’s very dirty here, ma’am, you should be more careful, look at a fly! No, a pigsty! It’s an outrage. You sleep here, we are not going to let you continue to endanger our health, we are going to close down the premises and we are going to sanction you,” he declared.

It is important to note that in Bolivia there have been more documented cases of dirty restaurants that endanger the health of customers, such as the restaurant of ‘Doña Lidia’, who even uploaded a video on the verge of tears to apologize for the inconvenience.
