The investigation authority in the Public Prosecutor’s Office dealt with incidents of invasion of state-owned properties located within the borders of the municipality of Al-Bayda.
According to the office’s statement: “The Office of the Public Defender, within the jurisdiction of the Al-Bayda Court of Appeal, assumed the task of supervising the evidentiary activity that resulted in proving numerous incidents that affected these properties.”
The statement added: “By completing the evidentiary procedures; Members of the security units took the initiative to support the military police. And the rescue department; And the Criminal Investigation Branch, to carry out the instructions of the investigating authority to evacuate the following properties from persons and concerns:
– Headquarters of the Savings and Real Estate Investment Bank.
– Headquarters of the National Commercial Bank.
– Headquarters of the Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis Clinic.
– Headquarters of the Mujahideen Office.
– Military Intelligence Headquarters.
– Veterinary clinic headquarters in the city of Al Bayda and its suburbs.
– Functional home for the Ministry of Justice.
– Public spaces used for commercial purposes in violation of legislation.
According to the statement, “The judicial police officers also took over the removal of the violation of planning principles in the municipality. So they completed:
– Removal of commercial stores built – in violation of the bypass rules – opposite the Industrial Institute.
– Removal of commercial stores built – in violation of bypass rules – opposite the Teachers’ Institute.
– Removal of commercial buildings constructed on the land of the industrial zone.
-Removing commercial buildings built on the land of Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
