According to this agreement, within four years, 16 aircraft are to be handed over to us. The remaining 40 aircraft are to be manufactured in our country.
For this, an agreement was signed between the ‘Airbus’ company and the ‘Tata Advanced Systems’ company from our country.
The aircraft manufacturing plant is being established in Vadodara, Gujarat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for this yesterday. Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said:

I can already see the days when passenger planes are also manufactured in our country.
Our army will be strengthened by this aircraft factory in Vadodara.
