The woman who is familiarly called Nyai reported VA regarding the Health Law, Child Protection, and the Criminal Code.
Nikita Mirzani’s attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, revealed the reason his client finally reported VA to the police.
Fahmi Bachmid said the report was made to deter the reported party.
“It must be reported if he is allowed to become more impudent, so that he can receive criminal sanctions,” said Fahmi, quoted from the Nitnot Media YouTube channel, Friday (13/9).
Based on the law alleged in the report, Fahmi explained that the reported party is threatened with imprisonment.
He explained that the reported person is threatened with a minimum prison sentence of 5 years.
“I will tell you, the minimum sentence is five years, no less. If proven guilty, the sentence will be a minimum of five years, a maximum of 15 years,” he added.
