The Revenue Agency presents the new Guide SERVICES – July 2024 (text below) to easily learn about and use the many online services. Thanks to the digitalization process developed in recent years, it is possible to request a refund, obtain a health card, register a rental agreement, without having to go to the offices. And for those who are not familiar with computers, the telephone channel is available at the numbers 800.90.96.96 (from a landline) and 06.97617689 from a mobile phone.

There are many events in daily life that are accompanied by a tax obligation: from the attribution of the tax code and the health card to the birth of a child, to the registration of the purchase of a first home or a rental agreementfrom opening a VAT number when starting a new business activity, to filing the inheritance tax return when you lose a relative.

The new guide from the Revenue Agency illustrates, with practical examples, how it has become possible to do everything from home, using the portal onlinethe phone, l’email or the video call.

On the website www.agenziaentrate.gov.it you can find all the services online, by accessing the reserved area via SPID, electronic identity card or national services card. From the reserved area you can consult your tax drawer, the cadastral data of your properties and ask for tax assistance with an email.

Dal contact center of the Revenue Agency you can receive assistance and information on general tax questions, receive instructions for submitting a request for an interpello on topics for which there is not yet a circular or a resolution from the AE, but also receive information on refunds, payment foldersand in land registry matters.

The service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at the numbers 800909696 for those calling from a landline (free toll-free number) and 0697617689 for those calling from a mobile phone, with a variable cost based on the tariff plan of your operator.

For information on land registry matters the contact center can be reached from 9am to 1pm.

For non-professional users, an email assistance service is also available, by accessing the reserved area, by typing webmail in the “search for service” field. The functions are also accessible by downloading the Agency APP “AgenziaEntrate” on your mobile device. With the APP “Io” you can then receive personalized messages to stay informed about your tax deadlines, accessing with a single application also the messages coming from other local and national administrations accredited to the service.

Among the main functions that can be carried out online: requesting the tax code and a duplicate of the health card, submitting the pre-filled declaration, registration of a rental agreement, loan for use agreement, or preliminary sales agreementand the submission of the inheritance declaration. Parents can be authorised to use online services on behalf of their minor children by submitting the appropriate self-certification form and attaching the child’s identity document. A similar possibility is also envisaged for thesupport administratorthe guardian and the special curator.

When the use of the telematic channel is not sufficient, it is still possible to book an appointment at the territorial offices, not only in person at the counter, but also by opting for a video call or a phone call from the office. The Cup booking system on the Agency website allows you to choose the service, the office, the day and time of the appointment, or you can call the numbers 800909696 (landline) and 0697617689 (mobile). In cases of extreme urgency, you can have an appointment during the day with the service web ticketreleased directly from the site in the section “Contacts and assistance – tax assistance – eliminate queues online” and clicking on the button “book the ticket”.

And for those who are not computer experts, it is also possible to enable another person to operate in your reserved area: just use the appropriate service on the site, or send the appropriate form by certified email or bring it to the counter: the validity of the authorization must be indicated by the interested party and cannot go beyond December 31 of the second year following the one in which it is activated. Access to the trusted person can be disabled at any time.

This type of delegation can never be given in a professional capacity. To delegate an intermediary (such as an accountant or a lawyer) there is a specific online function, or the traditional possibility of delegation at the counter. To activate the delegation to the professional, you will receive an activation code at your home address to give to the intermediary who must then use it to complete the procedure.
