Govind Jaiswal did his early education from a government school and then after graduating from Harishchandra Degree College in Banaras, he decided to move to Delhi in 2004-05 to prepare for the UPSC. The mother was not there, in such a situation the father brought up the son and did not let his financial constraints affect the son.
Narayan Jaiswal taught his son by driving a rickshaw day and night. Many times it also happened, when the father remained hungry to send money to his son, but did not even get his wounds treated, so that there would be no shortage of money for the child.
