On the Caspian coast in Baku, world-famous singer, songwriter and actor Ricky Martin gave his first grand concert in Baku, at the open-air summer venue at the Sea Breeze Resort, Day.Az reports with reference to Trend.

Ricky Martin greeted the audience in Azerbaijani: “Necesen, Baku? Salam!” (How are you, Baku? Hello!), causing a standing ovation. More than 10,000 spectators came to the concert, tickets were sold out several days before the concert.
“I am very happy to be here. Looking at your smiles, seeing your energy and the way you dance, I can say that this is going to be an amazing evening. Today I am going to tell my story through music – my path, my moments of joy, sadness and other emotions. And it is all in Baku,” Ricky Martin said.
Ricky Martin’s stage presence, charisma and incredible energy make each of his concerts unique and unforgettable. The evening was filled with wonderful music, incredible lighting effects and fiery dancing. During the festive evening, he performed such hits as Maria, The Cup of Life, Adrenalina, Livin’ la Vida Loca and new compositions. And he performed the song Nobody Wants to Be Lonely in a virtual duet with Christina Aguilera. Fireworks, traditional for all Sea Breeze summer concerts, painted the sky. The show continued with an atmospheric DJ set from the talented Irish multimedia artist People Like Us. On the same day, Ricky Martin’s star was lit on the Sea Breeze Walk of Fame – the Walk of Fame, which immortalizes the achievements of outstanding figures in the arts.
Let us recall that earlier this summer, more than 150 artists from different countries performed at Sea Breeze as part of the first International Music Festival Dream Fest 2024, and the concert season is still ongoing.
