An eviction action against a resident of the partially occupied house “Rigaer 94” was heard at the district court in Kreuzberg on Tuesday. According to his own statements, the owner of the house on Rigaer Strasse in Friedrichshain has given notice to all tenants and users of the 31 apartments and has filed almost 30 eviction lawsuits against them.
