(Isa Tareen) Balochistan Assembly Seat PB 45 Quetta Election Tribunal consisting of High Court Judge Justice Abdullah Baloch issued a detailed decision.

According to the detailed decision issued by the Election Tribunal, the Election Commission did not fulfill its responsibility in conducting clean and transparent elections at the 15 polling stations of the constituency. Election materials were taken away, four ballot boxes and other materials were missing on election day, 5 ballot boxes were also missing from the polling station of DG Agriculture office.

The detailed judgment further stated that the Presiding Officers wrote to the Returning Officer about the disappearance of ballot boxes and other election materials, the Returning Officer did not take any action regarding the disappearance of ballot boxes and election materials. According to Form 47 from 49 polling stations in the constituency, Ali Madad Jatak got 5,671 votes, but the votes of the successful candidate from the disputed 15 polling stations were 4,911. .

According to the decision of the Election Tribunal, the votes of the successful candidate from the remaining 34 polling stations were only 760, the rate of votes falling in the disputed 15 polling stations in favor of the successful candidate is unnatural, this fact alone undermines the transparency of the votes cast at the 15 polling stations. Sufficient to raise suspicions, it is evident that the irregularities and illegal actions in the circle allegedly took place with the connivance of the Returning Officer.
