One of the most important events in every couple’s life is the exchange of rings. But if unexpectedly that important ring somehow goes missing, it will be a painful scar and guilt for time. We are going to see about a couple who have been in such a feeling for almost 21 years.
Nick and Shayna are a couple from Florida, USA. Their engagement diamond ring accidentally fell down the toilet 21 years ago.
One day Shayna told her husband Nick about this, “I think I lost my ring. “I put it in the toilet flush by mistake,” he said. After this, Nick and Shaina have conducted a brutal search together.
“We got into the septic tank and pumped everything out. But the ring that fell inside was never found,” Shaina told News Channel 8.
In this situation, Nick’s mother Rini called a plumber last November to replace the toilet. It was during that plumbing job that Nick-Shayna’s diamond ring, lost 2 decades ago, was recovered.
Nick asks Rini, “Is this Shaina’s ring?” and Rini says, “It’s actually Shaina’s ring.”
After cleaning the ring thoroughly, Nick’s parents turned it into a toilet-shaped gift and gave it to Shayna for Christmas. Seeing this, Shaina is overjoyed and very excited. Shayna also said, “My mascara is completely ruined because of crying like this”.
