Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper and batsman of the Indian cricket team, drove from Delhi to his hometown Roorkee in the state of Uttarakhand on the 30th. He lost his sight early in the morning and the car crashed into a barricade on the national highway and burst into flames. Rishabh Pant survived with serious injuries. After the first phase of treatment, he was shifted to Max Hospital in Dehradun for treatment. Plastic surgery was done immediately for the forehead injury. Rishabh Pandu was seriously injured in leg and ankle. Rishabh Pant was airlifted from Dehradun by a medically equipped air ambulance to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for further treatment. Surgery was performed for a muscle fiber injury in the leg.

Former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has informed that the captain of the Delhi team Rishabh Pant will not play in the 2023 IPL.

He said that he will not play in the IPL this year and his injury will affect the Delhi team. It is noteworthy that Ganguly is going to join the cricket director of the Delhi team in this year’s IPL series.
