According to the police, all the belongings belonging to Pant were handed over to his mother. A platinum chain, a gold bracelet, four thousand rupees and a bag containing clothes were handed over. Reportedly, except for one bag in which the clothes were kept, everything was burnt.

The campaign that Rishabh Pant’s belongings were stolen is false. Uttarakhand DGP IPS Ashok Kumar tweeted that people should not spread misleading news. He said that such people should share the video of Haridwar SSP Ajay Singh.
