The pandemic has become a part of human life and a global “booster” for the entire IT market, Managing Director of the Yandex Group of Companies Tigran Khudaverdyan told RBC in an interview. Now the world is experiencing the consequences of accelerated technological development – a semiconductor crisis, closed borders, lack of migration. However, according to him, a “rollback” from this technological stage back is no longer possible.
- Yandex still considers itself an IT company, not an ecosystem, Khudaverdyan said. Still, he said, the company has to think about the likely risks of ecosystem regulation.
