The Olot artist Rita Martorell opens this Monday, December 4 at the headquarters of the European Parliament in Brussels an exhibition with some of the portraits she has made of political leaders Spaniards such as Eduard Punset, Fernando Morán or Abel Matutes, who have been relevant in the European Union. Sample Rita Martorell, Portrait Artist of the Politicians of Yesterday and Today, it is part of the program of events of the Spanish presidency of the Council of the EU and it has been promoted by MEP Juan Fernando López Aguilar, president of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, with the support of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Brussels.

“Since the beginning of my artistic activity, the human body has been a constant source of inspiration.
