In this case, encroachment shops have again been set up on the riverside opposite the auto stand. Near this, the municipality, which demolished the ‘Covid’ center set up for the benefit of the people on behalf of the district administration, did not notice the encroachments found here. In this regard, the people of the area have sent a complaint to the district collector. The people of the area said, ‘During the rains of November in Kunnar, there is a risk of flooding, so encroachments in the area should be removed and the river should be diverted.’
