RJ court removes deputy Lucinha for collusion with Zinho militia

The TJRJ (Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro) determined, this Monday (18), the removal from office of state deputy Lúcia Helena de Amaral Pinto, known as Lucinha, from the PSD, for alleged collusion with Luis Antônio’s militia da Silva Braga, Zinho.

The parliamentarian’s residence was the target of a search and seizure warrant in a joint operation by the Federal Police and the MPRJ (Rio’s Public Ministry).
