RJ: mother and daughter are rescued by car amid floods after storm

A strong storm this Wednesday (22) caused flooding in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. The municipality remains on high alert, as several neighborhoods in the city have been affected. Amid the rain, a child and a woman were rescued from inside a vehicle, before it was swept away by the floodwaters. Both are doing well.
