jpnn.com – Gerindra Secretary General Ahmad Muzani said that candidate Ridwan Kamil or RK-Suswono will be registered with the Jakarta KPUD as gubernatorial and deputy gubernatorial candidates for the province with the Monas icon around August 27-29, 2024.
He said this at the declaration event of 12 parties supporting the RK-Suswono candidate pair at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, Monday (19/8).
“They will be registered on August 27-29, 2024,” said Muzani.
It is known that 12 parties consisting of Gerindra, Golkar, PAN, Demokrat, NasDem, PKB, PKS, Perindo, PSI, PPP, Gelora and Garuda support RK-Suswono as the Gubernatorial and Deputy Gubernatorial Candidates for the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada.
Muzani said a long discussion took place when 12 parties known as the Advanced Indonesia Coalition or KIM plus announced their support for RK-Suswono in the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election.
“After going through long discussions with 12 political parties that are members of the coalition, we finally declared Ridwan Kamil and Suswono,” said the man who is now also the Deputy Chairman of the MPR RI.
Muzani believes that RK-Suswono’s figure can be the answer to all of Jakarta’s problems after officially taking office.
“We are sure that this pair is capable of being a solution and answer to various problems in Jakarta that have been of concern to the public,” continued Muzani.
