Road safety: will cell phones while driving soon be detected by radar?

An annex to the 2025 budget indicates that the state is not prohibited from using artificial intelligence to detect new crimes, such as using a cell phone while driving or not wearing a seat belt. But for the moment there is no question of generalising.
