A group of robbers murder in cold blood with a firearm a man who resisted the assault and had nothing of value to give them.
The incident occurred in the early hours of August 29, 2024, in the colony Cima Serenalocated in City of El Salto, Jalisco. The action was documented by a security video from a parking lot that was spread through social networks and which shows two thieves harassing a couple of passersby who, after a few seconds, one of them, after resisting the assault, shoot him with a pistol and flee on a motorcycle, leaving the victim on the ground.
The person who was shot died shortly after the attack and his companion could do little to save his life.

The identities of both the victim and the attackers are still unknown, and social media users are asking the Jalisco government for explanations about the incident, claiming that the authorities lack competence and the poor security that exists in the state.
The video was spread mainly on the platform of Xgiving much to talk about among Internet users, putting on the table debate whether in reality the security of Jalisco has improved or remains unpunished.
