Robert Pattinson’s Stealthy Sale: Inside His Hollywood Hills Home

Robert Pattinson Sells Los Angeles Home for $3 Million

The Hollywood Hills hideaway of actor Robert Pattinson has been sold in a hush-hush deal for a whopping $3 million. The property, which Pattinson acquired nearly a decade ago for $2.2 million, was never officially placed on the market.

The buyer of the property is an LLC linked to Frank Buckley, a financier and executive at the $9 billion hedge fund Marlin Equity Partners. Despite the high-profile owner, the buyer is not a Hollywood celebrity.

The sale comes at a time when Pattinson is preparing for a new chapter in his personal life, as it was recently confirmed that the 37-year-old actor is expecting his first child with longtime partner Suki Waterhouse. The couple has also acquired a larger house elsewhere in the hills, for which Pattinson paid $5.3 million.

The just-sold L.A. home is a single-story hacienda built in the 1950s and offers a cozy 1,940 square feet of living space. The property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and charming rustic terracotta tile floors. The living room boasts multiple French doors that open to the tree-shaded gardens, while the skylit kitchen features a vaulted, wood-beam ceiling and premium stainless appliances.

Despite not being publicly marketed for sale, the property’s exterior remains remarkably unchanged, with a huge driveway gate shielding the property from prying eyes. The yard is private and includes a grassy lawn space, a kidney-shaped swimming pool, and stunning views over the rugged surrounding canyons.

As Pattinson and Waterhouse prepare for the birth of their first child, the couple is surely looking forward to settling into their new home while bidding farewell to the Hollywood Hills hideaway that has been their residence for nearly a decade.
