Brazilian international Roberto Firmino signed on Tuesday with Al-Ahli, said the Saudi club which has already registered the arrival of Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy. Firmino, 31, leaves Liverpool after eight seasons in the Premier League with the “Reds” with whom he won the Champions League in 2019. His arrival, free, in Saudi Arabia was made official by a video on social networks. He is committed until 2026, specifies the club on Twitter.

The Brazilian striker (55 caps) will be one of the flagship recruits of the Saudi club based in Jeddah after the signing of Senegalese international goalkeeper Edouard Mendy (31) at the end of June.
