The Ligurian poet and storyteller who lived in Ferrara for some time passed away at the age of 77. His latest work, The Double View, released by La nave di Teseo, will be available in bookstores on December 12th
Roberto Pazzi, poet, novelist and journalist, died at the age of 77: his death occurred in Cona hospital (Ferrara) where he had been hospitalized since 24 November. Born in Ameglia, Liguria, in 1946, Pazzi lived in Ferrara where, in 2014, he founded the Itaca school of creative writing. As a journalist, he had written for Corriere della Sera and the New York Times and was currently a columnist for QN. He had also taught at school and university in Ferrara (cultural anthropology and philosophy of history) and in Urbino (sociology of art and literature).
Pazzi died a few days after the release of his latest book, The Double View, in bookstores through La nave di Teseo on 12 December (pp. 208, €19).
