Students, teachers and workers of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS) interrupted the session of the Local Congress yesterday, where legislators would discuss the opinion of reform to the Organic Law of the institution, to express their discontent with the ruling.
Shouting “Long live the UAS”, “Rocha out, Rocha out” and “criminals”, the protesters tried to prevent the first reading of the document approved by the Education, Science and Technology Commission.

Four votes against were from the Sinaloense Party and one more from the PAN.
