Little more than a year after her first documentary, Rocío Carrasco returns to the fray, this time dissecting her mother’s story and uncovering the miseries of, as she herself calls it, “her media family”. “I can do it because I feel strong and I’ve lost my fear,” said the protagonist when starting ‘In the name of Rocío’. And when the journalist asked her if those mentioned should fear her words, she replied: “In her situation, I would be attentive. For them it is something unthinkable that I tell what I am going to tell. They thought this was never going to happen.”

The first to be named was Amador Mohedano. Carrasco accused his uncle of him. “Amador has leaked a lot of information from behind. Ahead none would have had the guts to do it when my mother was alive », he made ugly. And behind came the rest of the relatives who collaborate in various Telecinco programs. «By doing this they ensure a few months of work. And being all those, -he was referring to his sister Gloria Camila, his daughter Rocio Flores, his aunt Rosa Benito and the last wife of his father, Raquel Mosquera- is the being (Antonio David Flores) on television. They have a common goal: to sink me and hurt me », he assured.

The most shocking surprise occurred when Ana Iglesias, executor of Rocío Jurado, appeared by surprise and delivered a letter. In the letter, the fleeting guest revealed that the producer had asked her to speak, but she had declined the invitation. What she did do was share some letters with Carrasco and allow her speech to be made public. In it, she charged against Amador, denouncing that while she was the singer’s representative, she did not do things well and assumed responsibilities that did not correspond to her.

And of the will of ‘the greatest’ he also gave his opinion. «Your uncles believed that they were dividing the assets of a mother’s inheritance, not the assets of a sister. It is not at all frequent to leave so many legacies to siblings, nephews and third parties when the testator has children who are the legitimate heirs », he wrote. Asked about it, Carrasco did not stop. «This means that, if my mother died and the pack did not leave her well served, they were going to eat me and that is something that she did not want. But it could not be avoided because they are as they are and they always want more », she declared.

Rocío also revealed in the documentary that, searching her mother’s house, once she had died, she found a will different from the official one in a drawer. “Right now one part of the family is finding out that this exists and another, that I know it and I have it,” she warned. For Ortega Cano there was also recadito. When it was announced a year ago that the series was going to be broadcast, Gloria Camila sued her. That ended up in court. “I was surprised not to see Ortega Cano, I thought I would meet him,” Carrasco asserted upon leaving the courts. It was her sister who was the plaintiff, but the missile was aimed at the right-hander. «I thought I would meet Ortega Cano because the story was with him, not with Gloria Camila. And I would have loved for him to have acted as a brave bullfighter and to have gone to court, but it was not like that », he stated, leaving the mystery in the air. “I have kept quiet about many things, but I am no longer quiet because you shut up or not, they keep hitting you,” she clarified. “I have my right to reply,” she announced.
