The first Mexican astronaut, the Dr. Rodolfo Neri Velawill give a free conference in it Planetary “The Great Ehécatl, The Children of the God of the Wind” Located in the Ehécatl Ecological Parkin Ecatepec de MorelosState of Mexico.

The conference will be held on Thursday, September 12 at 5:00 p.m. at the Ehécatl Planetarium, also known as the Ecatepec Planetarium, located at Prolongación Agricultura s/n, Colonia Tata Félix in Ecatepec.

The presentation will be free of charge, as announced by the official X account of the planetarium, which also confirmed this news on Facebook. Attendees are asked to pre-arrive, as capacity will be limited and it is recommended to arrive early to get a spot.

Rodolfo Neri Vela, a mechanical engineer and doctor in electromagnetic radiation from the University of Birmingham, was the first Mexican astronaut and second Latin American to go into outer space for the mission of placing three satellites into orbit, including the Morelos II satellite in the mid-1980s.
