The magistrates of the Regional Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) must act in accordance with the law and not be pressured to issue a legal resolution and make clear the non-existence of political violence based on gender during the election campaign. By filing the appeal against the ruling of the Electoral Tribunal of Mexico City (TECDMX) that annulled his victory, Rojo de la Vega insisted that there was no such crime, there was no violence, he was not made invisible Caty Monreal, But this is his last resort and he’s playing it like this.
