Inter beat Roma 1-0 at the “Olimpico” for the 8th matchday of Serie A, which rose to second place in the standings.
The Nerazzurri kept the tradition they always need to score and leave the “eternal city” with a victory. It was their 4th straight win against the Romans.
Roma remained in 10th place in the table with 10 points.
The first half was very closed, without many steps. Better for Roma, in the 41st minute, a shot from Pellegrini from a good outside position.

Inter lost Tsalhanoglu and Acerbi in the first half due to injuries.
In the replay, Inter opened the scoring in the 60th minute. A mistake by Zalewski in midfield led to a counter-attack with Fratezi turning the ball into the area and Lautaro Martines with a powerful shot to beat Svilar 0-1.
In the 65th minute, Tiram turned inside the area but at the last minute Celik moved away in front of Dimarco.
A good moment in the 70′ for Roma, but Divbic’s header from the small area went wide.
In the 76th minute, Dumfries ran from the right, into the area, shot but Svilar made a save.
In 84′ Svilar saved the four with Dunpris again.
Roma fans do not hide their anger towards the club’s management. Still furious about the sudden sacking of Daniele De Rossi and the rest of the Friedkin Group’s business operations, they once again took on the Americans in the derby against Inter.
As happened in the match against Udinese, the Giallorossi organizers were 15 minutes late entering the Curva Sud of the ‘Olimpico’ and hung a banner that contained everything they were thinking. “15 minute absence because we are ashamed of this administration,” was their message.
