jpnn.comJAKARTA – Deputy Secretary General of the PPP DPP Rapih Herdiansyah responded to the statement of former PPP Chairman Romahurmuziy who asked the current party leadership and all levels of management to perform nasuhah repentance because they did not pass parliament in the 2024 elections.
Rapih said that in the current condition of PPP, everyone should introspect, not blame each other.
“In fact, the one who has to do repentance for nasuhah is the one who has created a bad image for the PPP. “How can a general chairman with problems with corruption cases be arrested by the KPK a few days before the election,” he said in a press release, Sunday (15/12).
According to him, this has resulted in people’s trust in PPP decreasing.
“Since then, PPP’s image has been damaged. Mas Rommy must introspect himself deeply. “Thieves, don’t shout thief,” said Rapih.
Not only did Rommy’s corruption case create a bad image for the PPP, Romahurmuziy’s political maneuvers and actions as well as statements also caused a lot of harm to the PPP.
Rapih revealed several of Rommy’s actions that were controversial and detrimental to the PPP.
Such as the act of revising Kiai Mbah Moen’s prayer to statements that were not good enough in public.
