The Blaugrana coach would have suffered from the stress accumulated in recent months in Catalonia and would have undergone preventive checks to check his state of health. His Barça, in fact, started badly and then grew during the season, coming to fight for the title. The latest negative results, however, prevented Messi and his teammates from remaining in the running until the end. Koeman has to constantly monitor his heart condition, after being operated on for a heart attack just this year.
The future of the Barcelona bench
